Krra Constitution Krra Proposed amendments to the constitution will require a two thirds majority of the board of directors present at the meeting, in order to be presented at the next general meeting. Our mandate includes a range of activities to make living in kommetjie easier and more harmonious. we are comprised small groups of volunteers involved in baboon management, spatial planning and open spaces, environment, social fabric, traffic and roads, and building, heritage and architecture.
