You could become a detective, join our firearms or roads policing units or one of our public protection teams. to attract a diverse workforce, suffolk constabulary offers two entry routes into the service. Upon graduating from the hampton roads criminal justice training academy and successfully completing both field training and the 12 month probationary period, you will be promoted to the rank of police officer.
