The only hope i can see is jagex going bankrupt and having to sell off the runescape intellectual property, so that someone else (maybe even andrew gower) would buy it and actually give a damn. This has already failed in polls and since jagex is willing to poll this again, it is only a matter of time until this is an "integrity issue" for pures and gets implemented without a poll.
