Figure Health System Resilience Framework Download Scientific Diagram Our proposed framework builds on and extends the existing knowledge and core frameworks, identifying three types of mechanisms (compensatory, adaptive and transformative) that help the system. In this paper we intend to estimate and understand how resilience is being measured world over and what are the different frameworks which exist. we used an exploratory research design for our scoping review. The package aims to support countries to progressively build their capacities to measure, monitor and build health system resilience from national to subnational levels covering health facilities and other service delivery platforms. This viewpoint brings together insights from health system experts working in a range of settings. our focus is on examining the state of the resilience field, including current thinking on definitions, conceptualisation, critiques, measurement, and capabilities.
