Internships Dorset Pathways Dorset pathways are now offering supported internships. supported internships are for young people aged 16 — 24 with special educational needs or disabilities, who want to get a job and need extra support to do this. Supported internships are for 16 to 25 year olds who are seeking a pathway into part time and full time employment. a supported internship can last from 6 to 9 months and a young person may.
