'hajj organizing agency') was an indonesian government cabinet level agency in charge of organizing the hajj. This article argues that the government must address three key challenges in indonesia’s hajj management: navigating saudi arabian policy, tackling corruption, and strengthening bureaucratic capacity while reducing administrative red tape.
