Improved Grantee Experience The initiative leverages a unique cohort structure that combines technical assistance and cohort activities to foster innovation in groups of grantees. this manuscript shares grantee perspectives on their participation in these unique cohorts. The findings provide us a sense of how we have improved or declined in key areas over time, as well as how we compare to the over 300 funders who rely on the grantee perception survey. It asks two main questions: how do grantee experiences with intermediaries differ from those with originating funders, and what can we learn from intermediaries that grantees rate highly?. Not only does this create an inconsistent user experience and data burden, it creates inconsistent data which has limited value. so inspired by the work of others, we’ve developed 10 principles.
