How Our Research Improves Optical Communication Networks Nec
A Challenge To Creating Efficient And Reliable Optical Networks That Nec corporation is building a network based on optical inter satellite communication technology to achieve inter satellite data communications with a higher speed and larger capacity than the present. Read about our intelligent optical networking project from our optical networking & sensing department.
Optical Communication And Networks Techknowledge Publications Jaxa has advanced research and development in optical communication as a solution to the increasing capacity and immediacy requirements of data transmission for future earth observation satellites. This paper describes the technology used in nec’s transponders and digital coherent optical transceivers and also introduces nec’s product lines that support the increased capacity, openness, and greenness of optical networks. Our vision is clear: nec is creating an all optical network as the foundation for next generation connectivity in the true ai era. this network will simplify inter data center communication across distributed locations while strengthening resiliency and scalability. To improve explainability and interpretability of ml algorithms in optical communications, and to gain novel knowledge about fiber optic communications, we need to invent novel ml methods that are specifically tailored to (fiber optical) communications. In the last issue of the optical communications and networks series in 2023, we have selected six fascinating articles reporting on recent advances in optical communications and networking. Our research in global optical communication networks aims to improve flexibility and resilience in #fiberopticnetworks. This section is dedicated to illustrate the efficient use and consequently network wide impact of introducing two optical computing operations, namely, optical aggregation de aggregation and optical xor into the optical layer of the optical transport networks.
