Outstanding Students Recognized During Honors Day Ceremony University Honors day distinctions are based on a student's gpa as of 5 p.m. on monday, february 9, 2026 (the 20th day of class for the spring semester). honorees were notified via invitation from the provost, sent to their ut email on february 18. In the afternoon, the college hosts its annual honors convocation where a variety of student awards are presented. the day concludes with inductions to several honor societies.
