I understand wanting to support a variety of builds, but subclass options are designed to be specializations. bonus to ac, cha damage on melee attacks, cha damage on cold damage (which has a huge array of possibilities) lead to an option that doesn't really doesn't get to do anything epic or amazing using the feature like wild magic.
