The owners wanted their home to feel like a rainforest creek. so cplusc designed the holocene house around a living water source shaded by plants. The holocene house concept integrates water, plants, and architectural geometry is a residential architectural project by cplusc architects and builders that reimagines how indoor and outdoor environments intersect within a home. This is the organizing principle of holocene house: water as hallway, water as climate control, water as the thing everything else revolves around. above this central watercourse, a canopy of floating planters and geometric panels creates its own microclimate.
