Whether you're a runner, body builder, climber or someone whose job involves standing or walking all day, this class will help you release hip tension in a controlled manner.
Hip Mobility Class Yogateket Our mission is to bring fun yoga classes to you wherever you are today. yoga online should be easy and accessible from everywhere so you can develop and maintain a healthy yoga practice. Lack of mobility on our ankles and hips can translate into discomfort somewhere else along the way, much time in our knees. this class focuses on finding movement through ankles, tibias, and hips to support the way our lower body moves. This class is about finding new ways to work with your hips, to find balance between strength and flexibility. the more we open the hips the more we want to make sure we can support that openness. we start by lubricating the hips to move into a flow full with different hip drills. In this vinyasa yoga practice, we will focus on opening up our hips, working through active flexibility. progressively going deeper into hips and preparing for leg behind the head variations. remember not to experience any sharp or painful sensations in the knee, if you feel something just back off. enjoy your practice!.
