Helping Hands Helping hands child education and development centre is a therapy center. we work with children (3 to 17 years) with autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. Helping hands provides pediatric occupational and speech therapy services to children between the ages of newborn to 21 years of age. we will service families through school visits (preschool and private), aba center visits, and clinic visits.
