When gym coffee opened its second store at cork’s mahon point shopping centre in april this year, hundreds queued outside. this month the business launched a store in limerick, and in november it will open in swords. But at its heart, it came down to this: after nine incredible years of building gym coffee, it feels like the right time for us personally and for the business as it enters its next chapter of growth. there is much more in the letter above but more than anything, what we feel today is gratitude. Tomorrow, we will officially launch gym coffee. needless to say, we are incredibly nervous. we are asking ourselves so many questions: what if it launches and nothing? what if it takes off? what if we’ve got it completely wrong?. But at its heart, it came down to this: after nine incredible years of building gym coffee, it feels like the right time, for us personally, and for the business as it enters its next chapter.
