After Security Breach, I believe that Glitchtrap survived and is actually Helpi, the AI in the Vanni mask that exists within the V.A.N.N.I. This perspective suggests that, not only do Helpi and Mimic talk to Cassie separately and even slightly argue with each other after they banish MXES, but the one thing that really sells it for me is the room with the Baby plushies.
