In order to perform the task of cheque verification, we developed a tool which acquires the cheque leaflet key components, essential for the task of cheque clearance using image processing and deep learning methods. The proposed system uses a modified convolution neural network to extract the handwritten content on a cheque leaf wherein iam dataset is used to train the model and get the optimized results. this system will facilitate the process and lead to a reduction in time and costs. To address these issues, banks are exploring new technologies such as image based cheque processing, electronic clearing, and blockchain based cheque processing. these technologies can help to reduce errors, increase efficiency, and improve transparency in the cheque processing system.
