Github Efeslab Siloz
Github Efeslab Siloz This is the source code for our sosp 2023 paper "siloz: leveraging dram subarray groups to prevent inter vm rowhammer". the siloz prototype is implemented as extensions to the linux kvm hypervisor. specifically, we extend the kernel distributed in ubuntu 22.04 (tag: ubuntu 5.15.0 43.46). Accordingly, we introduce siloz, a hypervisor that uses subarray groups as dram isolation domains to enable efficient protection against inter vm rowhammer.

In this paper, we propose fiddler, a resource efficient inference engine with cpu gpu orchestration for moe models. the key idea of fiddler is to use the computation ability of the cpu to minimize the data movement between the cpu and gpu. Fiddler strategically utilizes cpu and gpu resources by determining the optimal execution strategy. our evaluation shows that, unlike state of the art systems that optimize for specific scenarios such as single batch inference or long prefill, fiddler performs better in all scenarios.
