Geomedia 2 2022 In this workshop, we aim to draw attention to current developments in geometric deep learning for medical image analysis. the main objective of our workshop is to expose the vast richness of geometric structure to be found in medical image data and show how to leverage it in neural network design. Recognitions include an outstanding paper award (icml 2020) and elected officer (siam siag is 2022). dr. erik bekkers (university of amsterdam) develops deep learning methods that respect and leverage the geometric structure of (non euclidean) data and problems.

Eurogeo Workshop 2022 Home 1st international workshop on geometric deep learning in medical image analysis | 18 november 2022, amsterdam, nl. Here, we propose an alternative solver for the simulation of blood flow on a vascular graph leveraging geometric deep learning. specifically, we reformulate the problem as an implicit function on the graph and learn the simulation by imposing the physics in the loss through a message passing layer. Before you lie the proceedings of the first international workshop on geometric deep learning in medical image analysis (geomedia). this workshop was held as a full day event at hotel casa in amsterdam, the netherlands on november 18, 2022.
