This video is a recording of the 2nd lowering of the funnel cloud. funnel cloud was seen to the south of falkirk nr glen village at approx 13:09 16th june 2009. These are funnel clouds between wilbur washington and creston washington, that would be eastern washington area about 70 miles west of spokane out on hwy 2. funnel clouds are a very rare thing up here.
