To remove or erase annotations: 1. in the maps view, tap the annotations button. 2. to remove all annotations, tap clear > clear annotations. to erase specific annotations, select the eraser icon. swipe with a finger over the annotation to erase. tap the eraser icon again to exit eraser mode. Erase map annotations by dragging your finger across them using the new eraser tool.
