Fishscape By Mattgyver On Deviantart Tropical marine ecosystems are comprised of a mosaic of habitats, and many fish species move across this complex seascape on a variety of spatial and temporal scales. for example, many reef fish species forage extensively in surrounding seagrass beds, functionally linking these habitats. Our tfel team tagged a large barracuda off of cudjoe key today. this energetic piscivore was caught and released close to one of our acoustic receivers in the lower keys array.

Fishscape By Ngoc Thanh Le This weekend fishscape members of @tfelab fiu and @peclabfiu completed dozens of dives to check on and rescue any acoustic receivers that had toppled in the rough weather.
