I just finished my first model (airfix hurricane 1 72 starter kit). technically i still have the canopy and weathering to do but i want to move onto some other models i picked up 2nd hand.

Started playing warhammer about 2 months ago. before this guy i painted 30 ork boyz, but i wanted to do a morkanaut since i think it's the coolest looking ork model. pretty happy with how it turned out. i'm not great at highlights or weathering yet honestly so the large pieces were decent practice. now i just have to base everything. It is entirely within the realm of possibility for gw to work with a major studio to push out a aaa game, especially with pre ordering funds allowing for a significant alleviation of the initial outlay, thus allowing gw to eke out a bigger share of the project revenue.
