Finding Facilitators Leading Teams When i joined leading teams in 2012 we had 10 facilitators working with a range of different teams and organisations around australia. over the past 10 years that number has grown to 23, and we continuing to grow specifically expanding our team in sydney. Facilitative leadership is a leadership style that promotes cooperation, active involvement, shared accountability, and conversation among team members. it is a process oriented leadership strategy in which the leader serves as a facilitator, assisting team members in achieving their objectives.
