Nearly 70 percent of acutely food insecure people already lived in fragile or conflict affected countries in 2025. now, conflict and instability in the middle east pose a major threat to millions of people’s food security, both in countries within the region and those beyond as the the war inflicts severe disruption to global humanitarian.
