Forest Restoration En Forest Restoration Project Report 6 Fernbank has been engaged in ongoing forest restoration projects since 2012, supported by staff, volunteers and a variety of restoration organizations. habitat biodiversity is a key component of a healthy ecosystem. Our wish is to restore and maintain the fernbank forest so that it can be reopen to the public. our project will remove invasive plants, plant native growth, maintain existing trails, and create new trails utilizing the volunteen force from zoo atlanta.
