Home Gateway Housing In addition to emergency shelter and the services provided there, we have over 100 units of supportive housing in apartment complexes throughout the community for post shelter care. our case managers are embedded in or mobilized to these apartment complexes for ongoing support. For housing gateway’s 600 households, we combine ai‑enabled case management, 24 7 telehealth as a medicaid provider, parenting support, and direct employment pathways through full employment.
