It's a third order derivative of the original hypercube designed by tech2c and scott 3d. and digitally housed here in this repository. we've abandoned the single z platform version and only focus on the dual drive version. While building my own hypercube, i chose parts i had on hand for the build and had to create modify designs. The hypercube evolution (hevo) [1] appealed because i had come to the conclusion a 3d printer had to be rigid and accelerate as little mass as possible. the core xy design of the hevo meets both these requirements.
