Eos 2017 Programme Poster Presentations The aim of eos is to advance all aspects of orthodontics and its relations with the collateral arts and sciences for the public benefit. it seeks the furtherance of orthodontics amongst all branches of the dental profession working in private practice, hospitals and universities throughout europe. Eos awarded three best poster presentations with diplomas and cash prizes up to 450 euros. the first award went to ‘photo induced ultrasound microscopy for photo acoustic imaging of non absorbing specimens’ by elena tcarenkova, sami koha and pekka e. hänninen (university of turku, finland).
