It's definitely possible to get a few thousand horsepower out of any number of engines without mods. i just commented on another post that my most powerful engine puts out about 12,000hp. Straight to point: is there any mod for more engine type, cilinder number, different fuel type, electric engine, wankel etc.? thanks for every help. no mods for anything but fixtures, bodies and wheels. it's not possible, unfortunately. as in, it is actually an impossible task to open that up for modding and still have automation function properly. If you want to make a realistic modern engine with pushgods (ohv) you will need to quality spam the top end. leave adjusting your compression ratio for later in your design, focus on getting your other sliders (ie: cam profile) to where you want them first. Use the best piston and conrod choice available (of course), and then add some quality to the bottom end with the quality slider. the really big one is stroke, shorter stroke will reduce piston speed a bunch. smaller bore will help too (lighter pistons), but not by anything like as much.
