Embracing The Shadow Studio 151 Ashland The images in this book reflect the five year old’s expression of emotions, in reaction to early childhood traumas. the shadow emotions (especially anger and hatred) were repressed at the time. as the images came into form and the emotions were embraced, unwinding and healing occurred. Recent work focuses on tall abstract figures. artwork also includes two books of spontaneous art therapy unwinding early trauma, a series investigating relative “time,” buddhas composed in wall relief form and a variety of fantasy beings, animals and birds. choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
