Education Workforce Development Center For Functional Fabrics The mission of the education & workforce development committee is to promote understanding of cyber threats specific to hawaii and to develop educational opportunities in hawaii. The purpose of the statewide cyber workforce development strategy is multifaceted, aiming to build and sustain a capable and resilient cyber workforce that can effectively protect hawaiʻi’s digital assets, information systems, and critical infrastructure from cyber attacks.
