We believe architecture is not just about space, but about the echo it leaves—on communities, on culture, and on the lives of those who inhabit it. every line we draw, every detail we build, is part of a narrative that continues to resonate. Strategically placed apertures around the residence and studio encourage the spatial reverberation and dialogue between the activities of the home and the multiple and diverse terraces, decks, balconies, and landscapes of the property. A particular challenge for the cuub team was to display the idea that the echo incorporates passive house certification principles to deliver optimum performance in terms of thermal comfort, exceptional acoustics and superior air quality while minimizing energy consumption.
