Early Warning Project Resources Gaamac We use quantitative and qualitative methods to spotlight countries where mass atrocities have not begun, but where the risk for such violence is high. we strive to improve this early warning system for mass atrocities by using a variety of publicly available data and forecasting methods. The green climate fund is committed to mobilise resources, forge partnerships and harness innovation to ensure that every person on earth is protected by early warning systems within five years, supporting the un secretary general’s early warnings for all initiative, launched in 2022.
