Early Career Accelerator Program Code2040 The early career accelerator program (ecap) is geared towards black and latinx tech professionals in the beginning of their careers. participants will receive socio emotional, professional, and management development through in person workshops, mentorship and coaching, and online engagement. The 25 person cohort based program that begins with a kick off retreat followed by 3 4 workshops, and ends with a closing party.

Our programs center black and latinx computer science majors, early tech career professionals, and industry partners to create inroads in the innovation economy, build community, share stories, and tackle systemic racism. Since its founding, code2040 has built one of the largest communities of black and latinx technologists, supporting hundreds of early career professionals through programs like the fellows program and early career accelerator program. Code2040 is a black led, national nonprofit leading racial equity work in the innovation economy. we offer direct service programs, clear pathways into the industry, and community resources to contend with the imbalanced distribution of power that black and latinx people face in the tech industry.
