The Reflection Story With stories rooted in the experience of the storyteller searching for personal or universal human truths, digital storytelling offers a unique method of prompting practical self reflexivity for people in a variety of personal and cultural contexts. Using multimodal text analysis, this chapter makes the case for using digital stories as a professional learning opportunity for teachers working together in a small community of practice called a ‘storytelling circle’.
