Welcome to streamr ’s core dev team update for march 2020. my apologies for the delayed post, but i hope the content will make up for the wait. for the month of march, the team has been focusing on pushing forward the final specs for the upcoming data unions framework public launch.
Dev Status Update October 2020 Welcome to our first monthly development update! this post is particularly special because we are finally showing in game footage of coral island. please keep in mind that everything is a work in progress many assets are still placeholder, and lack the final polish the released game will have. The website is currently experiencing a lot of issues. lots of reports on downdetector, too. (screenshots from the developer forum discord) there was also a lot of major chat lag for the past few hours (> 30 seconds to send a message). i am unsure if there are any issues with studio. The only exceptions are if the failure is at the covariance update step due to a badly conditioned covariance matrix, in which case fusion for that and not completed axes will be aborted, however this is an extremely rare occurrence. Errata and feedback let me know below if i failed to capture anything the right way, and if there are any updates, or you have feedback on the call format.
