You could get our started build, but double the ram, and add a better gpu. you may or may not need a new psu in this case, but that’s why we say that there are template builds and you should ask the pcmr community for help if you need it!.

Dead Gpu R Pcmasterrace Looks like your vram is going bad. if absolutely necessary you might be able to squeeze out some extra life by underclocking the vram and hope it regains stability that way, but id get a new gpu asap. Could try reseating ram and gpu. most likely dying gpu memory though, card may still be under manufacture warranty and if so you could send it in for repair replacement potentially.
