Dc Assistive Technology Program Uls The dc assistive technology program (dcatp) helps dc residents with disabilities and seniors increase their independence and access to the community with assistive technology (at). University Legal Services For The District Of Columbia The assistive technology act technical assistance and training center (at3 center) is supported by the administration for community living (acl), u.s. department of health and human services (hhs) as part of a financial assistance award totaling $593,126 with 100 percent funding by acl hhs. All services are free to individuals who live and work in the dc metropolitan area. a fee based service is available to agencies and organizations that need assistive technology (a.t.) assessments or consultations for their clients or fee based training on assistive technology topics.
