Dallas Arts District Advocate Dallas arts district foundation is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit organization that serves as an advocate for the venues and organizations in the dallas arts district and as a representative of the dallas arts district as a whole, both internally and externally. Established in 2007 as a texas nonprofit corporation, this active coalition mobilizes support for issues of importance to arts and cultural groups, arts patrons, and individual artists in the greater dallas area.
