In relation to this, i tried it with a Barbarian: he does a basic blow, then he can’t use a core skill because he doesn’t have enough Fury, and he can’t do another basic blow until the 3 seconds are up.
It's important to note that, during that time, tons of enemies surround him, dance around him, have time to drink ... Chaos rifts and the monsters feel waaay overtuned?. Equally important, chaos monsters hit like trucks and are sooo fat. I mean I understand they should be more challenging but WTF is this balance?
Barely being able to do a blue rift (sometimes even dying) while being more than perfectly capable of slicing through regular content… Can’t remember seasonal content being so obnoxious previous 2 or 3 seasons. Additionally, is D4 Still Viable, In A Meaningful Way, For Eternal Only Players?. I recently came back to D4 after a year away due to a number of things out of my control.
I am playing Eternal, and thats essentially what I’ve always done. Building on this, i’ve tried a season or two previously, but other than in rare cases, starting from scratch and building an entire new character bores me. Furthermore, i would rather be playing an existing high level eternal character in high end content.
D4 is more fun than PoE - PC General Discussion - Diablo IV Forums. I played poe2 and did a little end game… The long and short of it is D4 is more fun. Classes are more cohesive and abilities mesh better in D4 and all around just feel better to play.
PoE2 was fun for a little vacay but wouldn’t want to make it my main ARPG.
