Current Partners Eastside Pathways Eastside pathways offers four types of partnership pathways to leverage the resources and relationships to work collectively to improve outcomes for children, youth, and young adults from 0 26. By combining mentorship, family engagement, and early academic support, eastside pathways is helping young people build confidence, stay engaged, and move closer to graduation. 📊 partners are aligned on equity. This includes support and training for volunteer staff and partners so that they can take action to improve community level outcomes as identified. specific examples include: all partner meetings 3x year, adaptive leadership training for all facilitators and lead partners, and the promotores program. To empower community leaders, foster connections, and support east king county by collaborating, convening, researching, and providing training and resources to partners dedicated to improving systems intergenerationally.
