Over 1,000 commitments to cs education have been made since csforall launched its commitments program, reflecting over 100 million opportunities for students and teachers to learn cs. the policy landscape also reflects the mainstreaming of the csforall message. Today, i’m suggesting we pause, come together, and train our sights on a similarly ambitious and defining goal that will shape advances affecting all of us for decades to come – we need to approach computer science for all (csforall) as our modern day space race. The summit highlighted the significance of broadening participation in computer science. to achieve this, it’s essential to reach students at an early age and provide them with opportunities to explore and engage with technology. During their time as head coach, ethan developed and implemented training programs and promoted sportsmanship and teamwork. ethan led the team to state championships for shotput and discus.
