Banned Books Week 2020 University Library Sdsu Banned books week is celebrated to bring awareness to the first amendment rights of authors and readers. the library’s virtual experience will include trivia, a banned book virtual art contest, a #bookcoverdouble photo challenge, and recipe videos inspired by food in banned books. We have created this introduction video to showcase black authors who have had their books banned in america in the last 5 years.
