Creative Solutions Big Thought What is creative solutions? creative solutions is an arts as workforce intervention program for youth who have encountered the justice system. once a young person is convicted of a crime, the opportunity gap widens exponentially, making it even more difficult for youth to chart their own path. In partnership with the dallas county juvenile department, the creative solutions program uses a trauma informed approach to foster creativity, enhance job skills, and promote social emotional growth in youth aged 14 to 17, referred by their probation officers.
