Research on relationships between students and their educational faculty and staff has become increasingly important due to recent developments in higher education. To bridge this gap, the present study aims to study an interplay between classroom interaction and academic success. it aims to investigate the role of effective communication between faculty and students as a mediator. These findings suggest a mediational model whereby better faculty student relationships lead to greater engagement by students in the classroom, which ultimately leads to students processing and learning course material at a deeper level.
