Shortly thereafter, my internet went out. an at&t tech came out and traced the issue to the 12 home junction box up the street where the main line feeding the junction had been kinked, likely by a service tech cramming lines back in the box. the tech managed to straighten it out, wrapped it with tape to stay straight, and got things working again. 2 days ago, we upgraded fiber 300 to 500, the internet speed of my dad’s iphone is 400mbps, but my phone is always 20mbps as before. when i update something, play games or watch videos are pretty s. Need help getting engineer contact to approve fiber optic we received mail saying we can get high speed internet. communities around us have it and new homes are being built yet cs says we can't. we need a local raleigh engineering contact please that we can speak with please. can someone get us in the right direction?.

The gateways don’t have great wifi range. especially 5 ghz. if close enough connect with a cat5 or 6 ethernet cable. if to far away try connecting with 2.4 ghz only. if that doesn’t work, you may need to purchase a dedicated wireless router to connect to the gateway. you would turn off the gateway wifi if using another router. 0 0 cancel.
