Completed My First Build Today R Gunpla First gunpla complete! finished my first build today. used gloss on inner frame and select pieces of armor and matt on the rest. painted in most of the foil sticker stuff with gundam marker ink. thanks who gave help and feedback when i had my sub zero gloss coat disaster. My first ever pg build — it looks so good. definitely one of those og must haves in any collection. great build but the decals are a mf!!! did some osl experiment for a build off. my first attempt at a full custom paint build. i think it turned out pretty good! when you’re at the very end of a build and open a marker to add that finishing touch.
My First Build R Gunpla First "completed" build of 2026. it's been on the desk for a few weeks because of my work schedule and holiday shopping so it's a relief to finish something before going back to a hectic production job. An rg as your first build is a little ballsy ( not bad, certainly not a bad thing) maybe dial it down to an mg so you can get the most fun out of the build without risking destroying the small rg parts. I have to say i really enjoyed the building process (even though it took me like 12 hours). i don't know any of the advanced technique so it may be a little rough.
