Community Planning Team Project Sun Project sun's community planning team is made up of partner organizations and individuals in the community who want to help children flourish. cpt meetings convened every other month. Our community planning team is made up of both individuals and organizations. here's a little bit of info about what our individual partners do. our first meeting of 2024 will be on thursday, february 29 from 12 1:30 pm at the kankakee public library, 3rd floor.

Community Planning Project Srdc This project focuses on promoting healthy social and emotional development and life transitions, as well as, facilitating easy access to children’s mental health services in kankakee county. Project sun is guided by an executive team, community planning team, and several work groups. We bring different sectors of the community together through our community planning team and our workgroups. support. we offer support for parents and caregivers through our parent advisory council, consejo asesor de padres, cyndi's caregiver craft club, and nami family support group.
