The Community Heart Soul Seed Grant Program Community Heart Soul Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. applications submitted by 11:59 pm et on the last business day of each month will be considered in the following month. The program helps communities lay the foundation for future planning by combining grassroots input with local leadership support. projects typically take 18 months to two years and focus on gathering meaningful community input that can guide decision making and future initiatives. Community heart & soul seed grants are available to cities and towns with populations under 30,000 that have not already begun community heart & soul. federally recognized tribal governments and small cities and towns from u.s. territories may apply.
