Clinical Sites Classica
Banner Image The classica horizon europe project includes five partner sites, each playing a crucial role in the development and clinical validation of ai driven cancer classification. This study aims to validate this method of characterization across multiple clinical sites regarding its generalizability, usability and accuracy while developing clinical grade software to enable it to become a useful method.
A Free Tool To Find Clinical Site Locations Based On Real Time Data Alongside the development of a secure, online data sharing platform and clinical grade medical device software, trial protocols have begun institutional approval processes aiming to determine accuracy and further optimisation. The classica project validates ai driven imaging and decision support in real time cancer surgery, utilizing breakthrough research in fluorescence and perfusion analysis. These clinical sites have joined the classica trial, expanding the study’s reach and supporting the evaluation of ai assisted decision making in real world surgical settings. These dates track the progress of study record and summary results submissions to clinicaltrials.gov. study records and reported results are reviewed by the national library of medicine (nlm) to make sure they meet specific quality control standards before being posted on the public website.

This is the treatment of choice in this site due to its ability to provide a single complete unfragmented specimen versus other modalities (e.g. endoscopic submucosal resection). The primary aim of classica is to validate the concept of tissue charac terization by icg signal perfusion pattern analysis in the differentiation of benign and malignant rectal polyps and to prove its usefulness along side standard clinical care in five clinical sites across europe. Classica is a multicentre prospective study with five participating sites across the european union (eu) (see table 1). lead surgeons at each clinical site have expert experience in the. Our ultimate goal is to establish classica as an essential clinical tool and to set a new precedent for ai supported surgical decision making tools. read the full text online.
